Did you know that our owner, Paul, has perfected the art of sushi rice? Every morning and afternoon, he hand washes our locally-grown rice and varies the water volume it steams in based on the moisture content of the kernels. Once steamed, he then seasons in rice vinegar into each batch with a bamboo paddle and fans it out to ensure proper texture.
Here at Kenzo Sushi and Japanese Restaurant (just called us Kenzo!), we have turned the dining experience into an art form. As soon as you walk through our doors, you are greeted by a clean space that’s bustling with life and amazing smells.
